The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The digital lock system felt very secure, making me comfortable during my stay. I loved having a microwave and fridge in the room, which really came in handy. However, the keypad to my room was faulty, leading to a stressful situation when I got locked out at night. I had to make multiple calls just to get assistance. Communication wasn't great with the Japanese responses, but had to wait until someone spoke English. It left me on edge, wondering if I'd be stuck outside for the night. A shoe rack in the hallway would enhance the space and make it tidier. Overall, while the amenities and location were excellent, the keypad issue needs urgent attention for a smoother experience.
